Our head office is in Fredericton , New Brunswick,  with branch offices in Moncton, Charlo,  and Saint John, New Brunswick, along with St. John's, Newfoundland. 

Account Managers  are able to arrange all types of purchase and lease financing for commercial companies.

We also specialize in Commercial and Residential mortgages . We have access to all lenders in Canada providing mortgage lending services.

UMA have a veteran team of associates with over 400 years total banking, financing, and leasing experience. We stress customer service and to that end we conduct most of our business at the clients' premises.
